Please finalize before buying as we do not offer cancellations & refunds on our digital products, including non-attendance to classes. We only offer refunds for double purchases of the same ticket or product. In this case, please reach out to our support team for assistance. 

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our #1 Goal.  So please, BEFORE purchasing any item off this website, make sure you watch a few videos and/or joined our FB group, and have full comprehension on what you're purchasing.  Due to the nature of these products, All Sales are Final, no refunds can be made once the order is shipped or orders are proceeded. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing, within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after evidence or the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined the order was used, misused, or mishandle by the buyer.  MathMatics and it's affiliate companies will not refund any money for orders that were cancelled after they've been processed & or shipped.  We also will not cover any fees associated with shipping / returns as a result of customers missing delivery dates.  If the tracking number states attempts were made, notices were left, & the package gets returned.  Redelivery fees & that responsibility falls on the customer not MathMatics, Techbot Customs, CottonSubs or any of our affiliates. 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING APPAREL
Processing Apparel orders normally take 2-3 days.  Orders can process faster, but to be safe, expect a couple days before it ships.  Packing slips may be created days before the order is actually scanned for delivery.  You will also receive an email with a tracking number that is not active yet.  Once orders are packaged and labeled, we take them to the UPS or USPS for shipping.  Shipping times to recipients depend on location in the United States.  We ship from Chicago, check diagram below for details.  Normally shipments take 2-5 days.  Once the delivery company scans the parcel, the tracking number becomes ACTIVE.  That's when progress can be checked on the UPS website or USPS website.
